The challenge is simple: to cover 800 miles over the next 12 months, using whatever form of exercise (or combination of exercises) you like! 800 miles might seem a long way, but it's really not – just under 15.5 miles a week...and this fab website should help to keep you motivated. All you need to do is create an account, then every time you cover any miles, log in, update your record and you're off (obviously back date to Jan 1!). The program will track your progress towards the 800-mile goal and show you how you're doing versus your friends and colleagues. I'll be running all the way – how will you cover the miles?
